CASE STUDY - YACHT CHARTER
What they thought: The "#1" position in their market was already taken.

CASE STUDY - ALT-PROTEIN STARTUP
What they thought: Sell sustainability to meat companies.
What was true: Sustainability coordinators don't write checks. Meathead CFOs do. Repositioned around margins and quality. Myco-fermentation ="Brewing" protein like beer and cheese.
What happened: Secured partnership with Hormel. Series A shortly after.
CASE STUDY - MY STARTUP
What I thought: Make team-building less cringe by designing better experiences.
What was true: The cringe is the coercion, not the activity. Built AI-facilitated games teams opt into on their own terms.
What happened: 30% better collaboration in 90 days.
Good strategy means more than following the brief.
It requires reading between the lines of the research. Pushing back when the real problem hasn't been named. Asking the question that makes the room uncomfortable for a moment so the work doesn't fall flat for months.
I look for the assumption no one's questioned. The signal being misread. The truth the team knows but hasn't said out loud. Finding that layer is what unlocks everything downstream: positioning, narrative, creative direction.
I work within teams to surface what's being missed, so the strategy lands and the work actually gets used.
I also direct and execute across visual identity, UX/UI, web development, and digital marketing when needed.
